This is absolutely my favorite eyeliner! Thin lines or thick lines, this liner can do it all! Not only that, but it will stay on ALL day! If you put a swatch on your hand & rub it, it doesn't even smudge! I think people that buy $20 eyeliner are crazy because once you try this you will never go back to expensive liners again!

ReplyDelete& I've never tried it on my waterline...I'm guessing it wouldn't work well because the eyeliner pens and liquid liner I've tried on my waterline it doesn't work. But, It's only a dollar so you can try it without a loss! :)
