Pantene Beautiful Lengths Donation

A week ago I decided to donate my long hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. This is my second time donating my hair and I love the feeling of helping woman feel better about themselves when the circumstances do not permit.
This is my hair before getting it cut. I love long hair, but when it gets so long, in my opinion it doesn't do anything but sit there. It was time to let it go.
Here is my whopping 10 inches! Before getting it cut, of course you feel nervous. Once you see the hair cut off, it makes you feel liberated and very good that you are helping someone in need.
Here is the after! I LOVE it. I asked for an asymmetrical bob. It is a little longer on my right side and shorter on the left. Short hair makes me feel so much more professional and ready to accomplish anything.

How to Organize Deep Dresser Drawers

Until a few days ago, I could not stand my deep dresser drawers! Everything would get so cluttered and trying to keep store bought organizers in place without shifting everywhere was a completed joke! With that being is the "before".

I wanted to find an inexpensive and custom way to make my drawers more organized. I used foam board (like you would use to make a poster for class), cheap fabric, and some spray adhesive. turned out perfectly!

A big thank you to Pinksofoxy on YouTube! She explained everything step by step & made it so easy. Go check out her video if you would like to make some custom organizers for yourself!

Essie "Master Plan"

Essie's "Master Plan" is a gorgeous creme gray color. Lately, I have been very attracted to neutral creme colors on my nails.
This is "Master Plan" with flash. This is two coats of Essie's polish with one top coat of Jesse's Girl Julie G "Jet Set" top coat.
Here is "Master Plan" with natural lighting.

I highly recommend this color for any skin tone. I think it would look perfect and flatter everyone!

"No Makeup" Year!

Since January 1st of 2014, I have promised myself I will only purchase THREE makeup items this whole year. I'm not counting if I run out of my CC cream or concealer. Three makeup items as in eyeshadows, blushes, highlighters, or things of that nature. Things that I don't really NEED. Well, I wanted to share the first item that I have purchased this year. This means I only have two items that I can buy for the next 10 months...hard I know!
Ta-da! It's the be MATTEnificent palette from Tarte.
As soon as I saw the outside of this palette, I knew I had to have it! It is gorgeous!
The colors are gorgeous, too. I made sure to swatch this in person before I decided to buy and once I did that, I knew this palette was perfect!

Are you doing a "No Makeup" year? Let me know!

I will be doing a review on this palette as soon as I get some more use out of it :)
