Urban Decay Primer Potion VS. Palladio Herbal Eyeshadow Primer

UD Primer Potion (First applied)
Palladio Primer (First applied)

Palladio Primer (First applied)
UD Primer Potion (First applied)

Palladio Primer (After 12+ Hours)
UD Primer Potion (After 12+ Hours)

UD Primer Potion (After 12+ Hours)
Palladio Primer (After 12+ Hours)

Formula: Palladio Primer Potion- It's a little bit thicker and it just feels like it is nice and matte when you apply it. UD Primer Potion kind of makes my lids feel oily, which isn't good when you want your eyeshadows to stay all day.

Wear: I think both primers worked rather well. At the end of the day, both the Palladio eye and UD eye both looked a little oily, but I didn't see any noticeable creasing. I think the Palladio eye looked a little bit more oily, but other than that they were the same.

WINNER:
 Palladio Herbal Primer!
Why? It's affordable at $8 and it works just as well as Urban Decay Primer potion. I would not waste my money on Urban Decay's because now there's a drugstore product that works just as well if not better!

Almay Pure Blends Eyeshadow "Petal"

Swatch Without Flash

Swatch With Flash
What caught my eye to this product was that it is 98.2% natural. I was excited to try it, but it was a huge disappointment. As you can see by the swatch, it doesn't come off light pink. It is just kind of like a shimmery white color. It reminds me of Urban Decay's Sin. Also, in the swatches that was two coats of eyeshadow. It takes a lot of time for the payoff, especially if you are using a brush. I'm glad I found this at the dollar store because I would never pay what it costs in a drugstore!

Bottom Line: Leave It!

SkinCare Cosmetics - Retinol Eye Gel

I purchased this eye gel a few months ago from Sally's and I've used quite a bit of it. I have not noticed significant differences, but I don't have wrinkles yet. I'm just using it for preventative measures. I bought this mainly for my under eye circles that really bother me. I notice that when I put this on, it really makes my skin feel tight and taunt and that makes me feel like it's working. After a few minutes, I do notice my puffy eyes reduced a little bit. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is trying to prevent aging as well as puffy eye circles. For those who have wrinkles, I would give it a try because it could work for you! :)

Maybelline Great Lash "Lots of Lashes"

Without Mascara

With ONE coat of Lots of Lashes
I've been using this mascara for about a week now and I have to say I actually really like it. It lengthens my lashes a lot, which it is supposed to do. It does not give me much volume, but I use a different mascara for that anyways. The brush is kind of weird because I have to turn my hand to get all of my lashes of my left eye. I think they could have made the brush the same all the way through and it would have worked better. Also, I don't think they make waterproof. I usually go for waterproof mascaras because they keep my curl longer but it might have just been the CVS I was at that didn't have it.

e.l.f. Hypershine Gloss "Strawberry"

I bought this gloss a while ago and it came in a set with four other colors. I wouldn't have actually picked out this color from the website, but it's actually really pretty. It gives your lips a nice tint of color. Not to mention that this gloss is not sticky at all! I would highly recommend you trying this gloss, it works wonders!

Pod's Wet Cleansing Towelettes - Evening Soothe

This is probably the third type of makeup removing wipes I've tried. Let me just tell you, I love them! The towelette is very soft and it smells amazing! I bought the ones for night since I always take off my makeup before I go to bed but I haven't tried any of the other kinds yet.
Now for the size of the towelettes. Thirty comes in a pack and I actually cut each towelette into four parts and the picture above is 1/4. This is big enough to take both of my eye makeup off and it does a great job! So if you only wear eye makeup, I would try this trick because it saves you a lot!

Ulta Lash Blow Out Lengthening Mascara

I was really excited to try this mascara when I got it because I thought it would do a great job at lengthening my lashes. Boy, was I wrong! The brush to this makes my lashes so clumpy because it's not that long. When I got done applying this it looked like I had six lashes! I wish I could tell you how the formula is in case you like this brush, but I had to take it off because it looked horrible. This mascara will not be apart of my "mascara collection" any longer.

Product: Ulta's Lash Blow Out Lengthening Mascara
Price: $10.00
Bottom Line: Leave It!
