I received this lipstick free in the
True Blue Collection that I got for buying so much money in Ulta products. I don't really like the packaging; I think they could've made it look more sleek. As for the formula, I feel like it feels just like a crayon and it is rather drying without gloss on top of it. The color "Iced Cappuccino" seems too dark for me so for that reason I won't be wearing it.
